En effet, \u00e1 cette occasion, un nouveau Commandeur fut adoub\u00e9 ainsi que 9 nouveaux Chevaliers.Tom Mahoney, le nouveau Commandeur est un acteur majeur dans les cercles de la finance \u00e1 New York, grand ami de notre r\u00e9gion, francophile et grand amateur des vins de France. Il \u00e9tait Chevalier depuis la naissance de la Baronnie et contribua avec son talent et son temps \u00e0 son bon fonctionnement. Cinquante cinq membres et Chevaliers se sont retrouv\u00e9s dans les salons priv\u00e9s du restaurant pour l\u2019intronisation qui fut suivie de l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif dont les vins blancs furent offerts par la Baronnie, comme comme \u00e1 l\u2019habitude. Pour agr\u00e9menter le menu, chaque convive apporta une grande bouteille de sa cave pour partager avec tous. Un \u00e9v\u00e8nement exceptionnel qui se termina tard dans la soir\u00e9e pour le bonheur de tous. L&#8217;occasion pour le nouveau Consul, Peter de Haydu d\u2019\u00e9trenner ses nouvelles fonctions et d&#8217;introniser de nouveaux Chevaliers de la Commanderie des Costes du Rh\u00f4ne. Le d\u00eener de printemps de la Baronnie de New York a eu lieu le 17 avril 2017. A cette occasion la Baronnie a honor\u00e9 le Commandeur Brian Platton, un des fondateurs et grand animateur de celle-ci.\u00a0 Brian se retire des affaires courantes, mais restera impliqu\u00e9.\u00a0 Quelques petits discours \u00e9logieux et des cadeaux ont permis de remercier Brian de son implication pass\u00e9e dans la vie de la Baronnie.
